Anger Management


Our Anger Management and Prevention program has been developed from extensive research and working closely with people at Lily Studios that have anger management issues.  The course incorporates current research findings with the emphasis on prevention through behavior modification. We offer the course on an individual one-to-one basis.







Upon completion of this course you will:

•    Recognise and understand anger/stress patterns and learn coping responses
•    Identify “situational anger” and understand resulting angry responses that can lead to aggressive and self destructive behavior
•    Reduce or eliminate “person directed” aggression.  Learn how and when to use coping skills to handle stress and anger
•    Improve interpersonal relationships by using your communication skills and listening techniques
•    Learn to be more sensitive to the moods of others and use this ability to respond in ways that actively promote and improve interactions with those in your life
•    Recognise underlying reasons for anger such as anxiety, depression, fear, loss, guilt and pain
•    Use techniques to quickly and effectively reduce and defuse the anger
